A fantastic musician, with deep respect for all kinds of music. Yat has been a phenomenal teacher. I’ve been gently challenged to get out of my comfort zone and in the process been pleasantly surprised. He’s been very patient and kind and has made the steep learning curve that learning to play an instrument, very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Yat taught me guitar for a few months although I wish it could’ve been longer, had to stop my lessons due to personal matters. Up until then I learned guitar on my own and Yat helped to fill in a lot of knowledge gaps. He was really helpful in identifying opportunities for me to improve on my technique and efficiency. He was also familiar with music theory and helped to simplify concepts that were initially too difficult for me to grasp. The class being remote was a plus point for me because it removed a lot of logistical hurdles like commuting to a class after work. Highly recommend taking his lessons!

Joe was my teacher for 2 years until i moved countries, but he kickstarted my guitar hobby and was extremely chill and just all in all a great guy. No complaints .
